I put the honey in my smoothies and have completely eliminated processed sugar. Spartan bee bread after workouts or during the day. Lost 2 inches off my waist and continue to get in better shape.

I noticed a little energy when I did a dosage of two bee breads and a teaspoon of divine nectar, but that was about it after consuming it all, over a 30 day period. Also the batch of divine nectar that was sent to me , was definitely not what I saw advertised in the videos, it barely had any bee bread in it and I mean barely, it tasted great but I was disappointed to say the least, but all in all I’ll probably give it another try, I see Your doing buy one get one free.
