Me encanta mi pan de abeja diario. ¡Este ritual matutino es la mejor manera de empezar el día! Me gusta tomarlo con agua y quizás una pieza de fruta. Suelo ayunar hasta la 1/2 de la tarde. Un gran remedio holístico y un superalimento muy saciante. Me encanta el sabor y disfruto del impacto en las papilas gustativas. I put the honey in my smoothies and have completely eliminated processed sugar. Spartan bee bread after workouts or during the day. Lost 2 inches off my waist and continue to get in better shape.
Great product if you sweat a lot in the heat. I do construction in Florida and this is way better than an energy drink, and any other electrolyte mix I’ve tried.

I’m very surprised at this bee bread food! I didn’t know it existed. It is so delicious & not super sweet like the grocery store honey. It had bits of pollen in every scoop. I felt the energy boost quickly! I have been eating a scoop every day for the past week & it has become a part of my health routine. I’m also very glad it is from Poland! Thank you!
As I’ve said in previous reviews, this is the best product on the market and I share it with other fighters across the United States of America and I’ve actually had a few pro fighters. I like all the clean ingredients. It’s a very clean product. It does what it’s supposed to do keeps you hydrated and gives me a little bit of energy.
I noticed a little energy when I did a dosage of two bee breads and a teaspoon of divine nectar, but that was about it after consuming it all, over a 30 day period. Also the batch of divine nectar that was sent to me , was definitely not what I saw advertised in the videos, it barely had any bee bread in it and I mean barely, it tasted great but I was disappointed to say the least, but all in all I’ll probably give it another try, I see Your doing buy one get one free.
I eat it on toast each morning. I do feel slight less ache in my knees, but not quite there yet. I actually feel like I have a bit more energy. Great taste!

The photo is a jar of honey on my bike seat...Im 63, auto mechanic smog technician and I cycle 100 to 135 miles a week. My job is labor intensive and full time. I need and seek viable no BS nutritional supplements...to work and cycle. Im going to reorder (2nd order) right now. How's that for a photo review? 10% review is cool, but really i didnt do this for that. I did it because im sleeping & recovering better
It is an energy boost for sure and it so seems to help with not feeling hungry all day. Im only thinking that it must bee (lol) because of all the nutrients that my body is getting. On a serious note, I think that thus product is amazing and my wife and I take it daily. Noticed a difference in energy levels pretty much right away. We will continue taking the bee bread for sure and also love the bee power. Haven't tried the Devine nectar as of yet but was thinking that we might try it.
