Shipping Time
Most orders will ship between 2-5 days after fulfillment depending on whether your location is US based or international. All shipping times are after our 1-3 day fulfillment window.

Delays

If a delay is to occur, whether due to supply chain issues or other external factors, please allow up to 4 weeks for your shipment.

As frustrating as this may sound, this is commonplace for delays in the industry. These events rarely happen though.

We cannot refund orders during this time if they have already been placed with our suppliers and fulfillment services. We have multiple facilities we work with and once the order request is submitted it will be carried through until the end. 

Locations

We have multiple fulfillment facilities which hold different products, so some of your orders may arrive at separate times if two products in your order are from separate facilities.
