High energy and alert.
I use the nectar most as a flavor additive to my morning protein shakes. That being said I buy the unflavored protein powder cause the flavors have to many additives and sweeteners I want to avoid. I like the product but it goes to fast. I wish you offered a larger size jar. Yes I do notice a boost in energy and I make it thru the day easy. I don’t feel tired and fatigued like I used to. Keep in mind I am taking a lot of products. Your product is one of the few that I decided to keep taking. Others I stopped and cancelled.

Bee bread gives me that little extra boost i need when headed to an early Pilates or ballet class. Those little nuggets of goodness are addictive in knowing I’m giving my body nutrient density - so important as we age and remain active!

I have notice my outdoor and pet allergies have lessen. I am less stuffed up during the day and before bed. I've only been on them for a month, so I am looking forward to noticing more improvements as I continue to take the bee bread.

I had been having somewhat chronic diarrhea. But the bee bread has eliminated it!
