If you want to stay comfortable, I get it. Comfort is addicting. It's a scary thought when you are uncertain about outcomes. It's also a scary thought to think about potential failure.
But guess what.
You're already winning by taking the first step. You're failing by staying where you're at, and that's because if you aren't growing, you're shrinking.
You also start to doubt yourself even more as you wait for something outside of yourself to make the change. Trust me on this, I've been there.
